Returns and Refunds Policy – NordikaPro
At NordikaPro, we strive to offer the highest quality products and excellent customer service. Our selection ranges from technical faucets to items for the home, kitchen, and bathroom. We apply specific return and refund policies in compliance with Spanish and European Union (EU) legislation in force in 2026.
1. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007) and Article 103, returns are NOT accepted for products:

That have been installed, used, assembled, or tampered with (due to technical security reasons and the impossibility of being resold as new).

For health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., bathroom textiles, kitchen items in contact with food, or personal hygiene products).

That are personalized or custom-made for the customer.
Exception: If the product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or there was a shipping error, you may request a replacement or a full refund.
2. Deadline to Notify Returns for Defects
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to notify us of:

Manufacturing defects or flaws.

Products damaged during transport.

Incorrect items received.
To start the process, contact our team at: info@tirowace.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photographs of the product and its packaging.
3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, including all accessories, labels, and manuals.

Returns of products that are not in condition for immediate resale (broken packaging or products with signs of use) will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided by our team once the request is approved.
4. Procedure and Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a factory defect or our error, NordikaPro will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (withdrawal or change of mind), the customer must bear the full cost of shipping and return.

No returns will be accepted without prior request and authorization from our side.
5. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will confirm by email whether the refund is approved.

The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 10 business days.
6. Quality and Warranty
All our household items undergo prior quality controls. For electronic or technical products, the current legal warranty applies for malfunctions not resulting from misuse.
