These Terms of Service ("Terms") regulate the use of our website nordikapro.es (and its related domains, hereinafter the “Site”) and the purchase of products through it. By using this Site and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Object of the Service

Through the Site, we offer home items, faucets, bathroom accessories, kitchen complements, and other decorative products. Sales are conducted through a logistics management system that may include partner suppliers and services for storage, preparation, and shipping managed by third parties to ensure service efficiency.

3. Conditions of Purchase

  • Purchase Process: Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed by the store system.

  • Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. In case of stockouts or inability to supply, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

  • Price and Payment: Prices include the applicable VAT in Spain. We accept payments through secure platforms provided by Shopify and its financial partners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Management: Orders are sent through carriers selected based on the destination and volume of the product.

  • Delivery Times: * In-stock products (Peninsula): Estimated delivery in 24-72 business hours.

    • Products from Nordic countries: Due to international logistics and the exclusive nature of certain items, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the product and availability.

  • Shipping Costs: These are calculated in the cart and clearly displayed before finalizing the payment.

  • Responsibility: We do not assume responsibility for delays resulting from force majeure or third-party logistical issues beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Returns of products that have been installed, tampered with, or unsealed and cannot be resold for reasons of safety, hygiene, or technical integrity will not be accepted.

6. Use of the Site

  • User Obligations: To provide truthful information in shipping forms and not to use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

These Terms are governed by Spanish and European legislation. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer regulations dictate otherwise.
