At NordikaPro, we are committed to providing you with a simple and satisfying shopping experience. We work with logistics centers in Spain and suppliers in the Nordic countries to offer you the best selection of products for your home.

1. Shipping Zones

We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and to countries within the European Union.

2. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Spain (Products in stock): 24-72 business hours.

  • Products from Nordic Countries: Due to international logistics from Scandinavia, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks.

  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3-7 business days (additional time may apply for customs processing).

  • European Union: 5-10 business days (depending on the destination and logistics operator).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. The exact amount will be displayed in your cart summary before proceeding to payment. We do not offer free shipping unless expressly stated in a specific temporary promotion.

4. Order Preparation

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once prepared, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number.

5. Shipment Tracking

You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided by the transport company. If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact our team at info@tirowace.com.

6. Responsibility

NordikaPro is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (carriers) or due to force majeure. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct; any errors may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you detect damage, defects, or errors upon receiving your order, please notify info@tirowace.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching images of the package and the affected product.
